Join us for another special night of poetry of War, Remembrance, and Peace, as we honor the 75th Anniversary of D-Day, June 6, 1944. To lead off the event, Lucy Tyrrell will share her story of visiting Normandy, France in 2014, for the 70th anniversary of D-Day. We will then all share and read poems from all wars, followed by an Open-Mic format. Refreshments provided. The event was organized by Lucy Tyrrell and Howard Paap and Bayfield Carnegie Library.
